Refund Policy
1. Translation Packs
VibeTrans sells one-time translation packs. Each completed translation consumes one translation credit from your daily free allowance or from a paid pack.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for a paid translation pack only when the pack has been used for fewer than 2 translations.
If 2 or more translations have been used from the purchased pack, that purchase is not eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Usage
- Used daily free translations are not refundable.
- Paid packs with 2 or more used translations are not refundable.
- Refunds are not available for misuse, abuse, duplicate account behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us with the email address used for purchase, your Stripe checkout receipt, and the reason for the refund request. We may verify account usage before approving any refund.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
